Light breakfast items & coffee will be provided in the morning during our registration and pre-event networking session. Lunch is provided for ticket holders. Wear whatever makes you feel like a million bucks, sis. If athleisure-wear is your vibe, go for it. If dressing like a BOSS is your jam, you do you boo. There will be videographers and photographers (as well as a photo station) so whatever you choose, know that your beautiful face will more than likely be in photos so come camera ready. We do suggest bringing a light jacket or sweater in case the A/C in the room gets chilly.

The Boise (BOI) airport is the best airport to fly into for our Event. It is conveniently located about 20 minutes away from our event venue. (Please note that flights are NOT INCLUDED in the price of your ticket). If you are flying in, please make arrangements that will allow you to be in Boise either Friday the 25th or early enough the morning of the 26th, keeping in mind the event registration starts at 8am and the event starts at 9am. The general session ends at 6pm with the VIP add on champagne reception from 6-7:30pm so if you plan to leave Saturday evening, please keep in mind event end timing. If you upgrade to the "Aftermind" business strategy session on Sunday the 26th, this session is from 10-1pm so please book your flights going home accordingly. Boise is a BEAUTIFUL city so we suggest making a long weekend out of it and enjoying all Boise has to offer!

Because there are a limited amount of tickets and seating available, there are no refunds at live events.There are NO REFUNDS on live events.

If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may transfer your enrollment in the program to someone else. You MUST email hello@charitymajors.com at least 30 days prior to the event to transfer your enrollment. A $25 transfer fee will apply. Previously transferred and complimentary tickets are not eligible.
