Responsibilities of Leadership
EXPECTATIONS OF BEING A chapter DIRECTOR
- Chapter Directors plan and host monthly Sip & Social networking events.
- Continued growth as a leader, speaker and community builder.
- Growing and managing the chapter's membership as well as the chapter's leadership team.
- Promoting your local events & community.
- Growing & managing your local Business & Bubbly social media accounts.
- Attend the annual Business & Bubbly RISE Summit.
- Attend monthly online Director leadership meetings/trainings.
- Support the local chapter members/community and global Business & Bubbly community.
- *3-5 hour per week time commitment for Chapter Directors.
- Lead & cultivate community with integrity and a servant leader's heart.
expectations of being a regional leader
- Regional Leaders recruit & lead chapter directors to start & grow local chapters in their region.
- Rotate speaking at networking events lead by chapters directors in their region.
- Support, encourage and communicate with chapter directors in their region.
- Regional Leaders host one regional event per year & gather local chapters/members to attend.
- Continued growth as a leader, speaker, connector and community builder.
- Support the growth of the Chapter Directors & region's chapter memberships.
- Attend (and more than likely speak at) the annual Business & Bubbly RISE Summit.
- Attend monthly online Director leadership meetings/trainings & train occasionally at meetings.
- 4-6 hours per week for Regional Leaders.
- Lead & cultivate leaders, connections & community with integrity and a servant leader's heart.
