Our networking events are the launching pad for further connection so come ready to connect, learn, make some new friends and business contacts, as well as have fun! The first 30 minutes is networking and registration. This is a great way to connect with someone new and re-connect with women you already know! After the first 30 minutes, we hear from a guest speaker (or two) - they teach something applicapable to being a woman in business and you're sure to walk away with practical knowledge you can implement right away. We also have a facilitated "connect time"...this is *intentional* so that you can be sure that you're making genuine and meaningful connection, not just surface "sooooo, what do you do" type conversations...It's designed in a way that will leave you feeling like you've found your tribe! You'll then have the opportunity to share about your business as well as hear from the other women about theirs! We believe in making spaces where each woman can feel seen, heard, known, and belong. We also have a fun group photo during the event so that we can highlight the women that attended and cheer each other on in between events!

We LOVE women who are joining us for the first time or that are new(er) to the group. We have such a welcoming environment and women that will truly embrace you with open arms. No need to feel intimidated or like you wont fit in...one of the cornerstones of our culture is belonging and for each woman to know that she has a seat at the table and that what she brings to the table matters. Welcome home...we've been waiting for you! We do have a limit of TWO times per year that someone can attend as guest. After the two times as a guest, we ask that you either commit to joining the community as a member so you can truly grow with us, or to wait until next year to join us as a guest again.

Women only (sorry guys). We believe there is something special that happens when women gather together and when they truly commit to being a part of community. Because of limited space, each person attending must have a ticket or be a part of the membership.

Light sips and snacks will be provided. If you require special food or drinks due to dietary needs, please feel free to bring them.

Because there are a limited amount of tickets and seating available, there are no refunds. If you are unable to attend, feel free to transfer your ticket to another person.

We truly believe that what you focus on grows, and so we ask that if you're committed, as a member, to a specific chapter, to truly be there and be present so that you can grow and "flourish where you're planted." You're welcome to attend other chapter events as a guest (limit twice per year) or to join that chapter as a member. You can absolutely join and be involved in multiple chapters...it just means that you will have to join the membership of each chapter you'd like to be a part of.

We have women in all stages of their dreams... whether you're still trying to figure it out and get clarity or you're well on your way to making your big ideas a reality, or even if you just want to be in a supportive environment of women - business or not, you're welcome to join us! In our environment, we encourage personal and professional development and the speakers that join us and topics will vary. Business or not, we'd love to have you be a part!

Meet your local chapter director
Kim Caballero
Kim's love for people and her desire to build up other women has caused her to leave a successful corporate career to create Le Petit Salon. In her career, she has consulted businesses from start up to the commercial enterprise segment on financial services and technology. She loved the corporate world but finally had the courage to leave it so that she can create beauty. Her desire is to help other women feel beautiful both inside and out. Although she cannot impact the entirety of a woman’s life, it is her hope that she can make a small difference in the lives of the women who come to Le Petit Salon.
Although Kim has left the corporate world, her desire and passion to continue to serve businesses and build businesses still burn. She is also the owner of Petite Pivots, a business consulting firm, as well as Le Petit Bijoux, an online nail supply store.
She loves the beauty industry and sees the value of the industry to both professional working women and to hard working stay at home mothers. Being a woman is a life of never ending loving and giving and it is important that we also love ourselves and prioritize self-care. Our founder is an advocate for self-care and understands that with it out, we will have difficulty achieving our full potential in life. Because of this, she believes that at Le Petit Salon, we are changing the world, one polished nail at a time.
During her free time, Kim loves to spend time with her husband and daughter and serve at their church. She loves Jesus and does not mind telling the world about Him!

Charity Majors is the Founder of Business & Bubbly. She's an author, international speaker, author, podcaster, a soulful mindset coach and an online social media marketing & business strategist, that has impacted thousands of women, all around the world, to ignite their purpose, dare them to be all that God is calling them to be, to unapologetically take their pain, turn it into their purpose, give themselves permission to take it to the platform so they can make a major impact.

Her favorite titles are “Babe” to her husband, Chris, and “Mama” to her son, Judah and rainbow baby Eden.
She also is a recovering plant killer, a total book-nerd, loves to adventure around the world (and in the cute boho camper that her and her hubby remodeled) and doesn’t take herself too seriously (because there is enough serious stuff in this world and dance parties, messy buns with sweat pants are a must).
She loves Jesus and the occasional glass of prosecco. She blasts worship music and sometimes jams out to old school gangster rap because she used to be cool like that back in the day ;) She finds herself somewhere in the middle of the unforced rhythms of grace and pursuing the big God-sized dreams in her heart, while juggling #momlife, date night, women's ministry, girl time, business strategy and sitting at the feet of Jesus. Her favorite foods are Thai food and Mexican food (bring on the spicy stuff)!
One of her favorite days (besides the beautiful home birth of their son and daughter), was when her and her family went to Africa and gave over 100 pairs of shoes to orphans and under served children.
