Our pop-up networking event is a 2-hour meet-up in a city that we don't have a chapter *yet*...our intention is to gather like-minded women in business, cultivate genuine connection and chat about the possibility of starting a Business & Bubbly Chapter & community in your area soon!

how it started...
Business & Bubbly started in 2021 by Charity Majors, fellow entrepreneur, speaker, author, influencer and woman in business. She loved connecting & meeting new people, community & networking, but found when it came to the traditional “networking world,” all of the networking groups out there seemed to be the "same 'ol, same 'ol," filled with robotic 30-second stories #insertrobotarms, salty-salesmen shoving bad business cards in your face and stuck in the 1990's in boring-beige conference rooms...
Instead of staying in those rooms that were clearly not a fit, and unsuccessfully searching high and low for something different, she decided to create what she wished was out there…
…a room filled with soon-to-be business besties who someone could work with and play with.
A place where someone's “too much,” was par for the course.
The gaps where her “not enough” were filled and supported by other women in the room.
Where we could work hard, play hard, cry it out and dance it out all at the same time.
A room where every woman was empowered to use her voice.
To be seen, known, heard and championed along alllll the ups and downs of entrepreneurship and being a woman in business.
Where connection and collaboration reign supreme and the only competition that happens is with the woman staring back at them in the mirror.
A place where we are “in the arena” together and we are each other’s biggest fans because most of us have enough comments from the “cheap seats.”
A place where genuine and authentic connection happens, because when we know, like, and trust someone, we want to do business with them and refer business to them, and we know we're just one connection away...

Our networking events are the launching pad for further connection so come ready to connect, learn, make some new friends and business contacts, as well as have fun! The first 30 minutes is networking and registration. This is a great way to connect with someone new and re-connect with women you already know! After the first 30 minutes, we hear from a guest speaker (or two) - they teach something applicapable to being a woman in business and you're sure to walk away with practical knowledge you can implement right away. We also have a facilitated "connect time"...this is *intentional* so that you can be sure that you're making genuine and meaningful connection, not just surface "sooooo, what do you do" type conversations...It's designed in a way that will leave you feeling like you've found your tribe! You'll then have the opportunity to share about your business as well as hear from the other women about theirs! We believe in making spaces where each woman can feel seen, heard, known, and belong. We also have a fun group photo during the event so that we can highlight the women that attended and cheer each other on in between events!

We LOVE women who are joining us for the first time or that are new(er) to the group. We have such a welcoming environment and women that will truly embrace you with open arms. No need to feel intimidated or like you wont fit in...one of the cornerstones of our culture is belonging and for each woman to know that she has a seat at the table and that what she brings to the table matters. Welcome home...we've been waiting for you! We do have a limit of TWO times per year that someone can attend as guest. After the two times as a guest, we ask that you either commit to joining the community as a member so you can truly grow with us, or to wait until next year to join us as a guest again.

Women only (sorry guys). We believe there is something special that happens when women gather together and when they truly commit to being a part of community. Because of limited space, each person attending must have a ticket or be a part of the membership.

Light sips and snacks will be provided. If you require special food or drinks due to dietary needs, please feel free to bring them.

Because there are a limited amount of tickets and seating available, there are no refunds. If you are unable to attend, feel free to transfer your ticket to another person.

We truly believe that what you focus on grows, and so we ask that if you're committed, as a member, to a specific chapter, to truly be there and be present so that you can grow and "flourish where you're planted." You're welcome to attend other chapter events as a guest (limit twice per year) or to join that chapter as a member. You can absolutely join and be involved in multiple chapters...it just means that you will have to join the membership of each chapter you'd like to be a part of.

Charity Majors

She blasts worship music and sometimes jams out to old school gangster rap because she used to be cool like that back in the day ;) She finds herself somewhere in the middle of the unforced rhythms of grace and pursuing the big God-sized dreams in her heart, while juggling #momlife, date night, women's ministry, girl time, business strategy and sitting at the feet of Jesus. Her favorite foods are Thai food and Mexican food (bring on the spicy stuff)!
One of her favorite days (besides the beautiful home birth of their son and daughter), was when her and her family went to Africa and gave over 100 pairs of shoes to orphans and under served children.
